Fathers Matter Inside

Fathers Matter Inside is a trauma-informed programme supporting fathers in prison to understand paternal mental health, strengthen identity, and maintain healthy family bonds. 


Through education, reflection, and practical tools, it helps reduce isolation, improve wellbeing, support safe communication with children, and contribute to rehabilitation, resettlement, and intergenerational mental health prevention, aligned with safeguarding, evidence, and lived experience across custodial settings.

Sporting Fathers Programme

Sporting Fathers Matter is a training and awareness programme supporting athletes and sports professionals to understand paternal mental health, identity, and life transitions into fatherhood. 


It promotes wellbeing on and off the field, reduces stigma, strengthens family relationships, and equips clubs with practical, trauma-informed tools to support sporting fathers, performance, retention, and long-term mental health outcomes.
